Many individuals who follow the Nutritarian diet write to Dr. Fuhrman about their success. Keep in mind that results vary from person to person. As always, consult your physician if you have a medical history and/or condition that may warrant individual recommendations.

Erik lost 62 pounds and at least 5 people a week want to know how he did it; of course, he happily explains Eat to Live
I had stents put in as I had a 75 percent blockage and didn’t diet very well after that. The doctor put me on a high dose of Lipitor. I wanted to “eat to live,” and wrote those words on my calendar. I had been eating that way a month before I found Dr. Fuhrman on PBS and started the Eat to Live diet. My wife also did it. She has lost 25 pounds
I started eating whole foods. My blood pressure was ok, had dropped a lot. I normally have allergies, I have sniffles now, nowhere near to what it was. I’ve lost 60 pounds since February, going from 270 to 208 pounds. I have not seen this weight since my early twenties.
I am called a zealot; but at least five people a week want to know what I did. Many YouTube’s have been sent and then I just let them do what they want. I call myself the lean green bean eating machine. I tell folks they need to jump on the bean wagon. I grew up playing tennis but really was not interested in playing, but when I found Pickleball all things changed. I play about five to six hours a week competitively.
I stopped Lipitor because I was having joint pain and read up on some of the side effects. I am going to start fasting soon.
