Rachel was frequently sick and fatigued; after losing a whopping 110 pounds she feels great  

I weighed 270 pounds and was often sick. I had strep throat once or twice a year, had mono in high school, and was fatigued every day. I thought this was all normal. It wasn't until I lost over 100 pounds, changed my diet and lifestyle forever that I realized it was not normal. Today my diet consists of greens, healthy smoothies, juicing, beans and very limited processed food and no dairy. I feel great and healthy. I haven’t used a sick day in years. I also cured my allergies and sinus issues.  Previously, my diet consisted of fast food, lots of bagels, diet sodas, sugar cereals and desserts. I didn’t exercise much either. I started gaining more weight throughout college and developed allergies, asthma, headaches and sinus problems.

I remain continually intrigued by Dr .Fuhrman since I first read Eat To Live. I love listening to him on Dr. Oz. He is the first person I heard that talked about eating real food and not rave about another fad diet. His book contains everything that I believe in and continue to follow each day. I am now a certified holistic health coach, personal trainer, and am helping others reach their goals of weight loss and getting healthy. I recommend my clients follow the Nutritarian diet.

I never had any surgery or took diet pills to lose my weight.  I believe that we can improve our overall health through diet, not medications. I am one pound away from my personal goal weight and never felt better!
