As a busy, working mom of two boys, I’m working to recreate a life I love, and make Nutritarian food one of my pillars.
I have been working on it for a few years, continually losing weight but sometimes adding it back. So I used Dr. Fuhrman’s Weight Loss Challenge to drop weight again and give myself a concrete way I can see, proving to myself that I can handle the challenge.
Through the process, I have managed not only to lose weight, but also to hold down a very busy job successfully, keep the kids healthy, end a 10-year relationship on decent terms, and start a new one which better reflects my values.
This is still a work in process for me, but I feel confident that I am on the right track and know that the tools work!
