After reading about food addiction, I became convinced that I needed to change my eating lifestyle. I began reading all of Dr. Fuhrman’s books and changing the way I cooked and ate. For the first time in my life the weight began to come off rather easily. I lost 54 pounds.
Previously, I spent thousands of dollars to lose weight. I tried Weight Watchers several times, four times Weight Reduction Medical Center, and even sleeve surgery. If I lost any weight, it was gained again and more.
I followed the Nutritarian lifestyle from January to March and all of my blood levels looked better. I began to follow the plan again in June with no weight gain. When I go on vacation, I take some of my food with me. My blood pressure had gone done from 150/90 to 120/75.
