I heard about Dr. Fuhrman on PBS many years ago, and decided to try the Nutritarian diet again, since it was the only diet that I was able to lose weight without feeling like I was starving. I now feel happier and healthier. I plan on continuing the diet so that I can get to my goal weight. My advice: Find recipes that can be prepared quickly. Nutritarian food is hard to find at restaurants, but I find that it is well worth the effort.
