Regardless of how hard she tried to lose weight, Marcy continued to gain weight and was pre-diabetic until she followed The End of Diabetes
Over the years of being diagnosed pre-diabetic and following the diet I was told to, I slowly gained weight.. I also was napping a couple hours daily and had no energy. I remember thinking, "I'm almost 50, this is what it feels like!"
In the three months prior to finding The End of Diabetes I had gained 25 pounds even though I was trying to lose weight. I spent a grueling 60 days doing hard workouts and eating clean and not only barely losing weight, but the workouts got harder instead of easier. I watched my mother struggle with medication and need more and more over time and did not want to live like that.. When I found The End of Diabetes, I considered it my God send. I read it and began the program immediately. I lost a half a pound a day until I dropped 35 pounds and the rest trickled off slowly.
I felt better immediately and am very certain the business I was able to start three months later would not be as successful today if I didn't follow a Nutritarian plan. I am now 54 years old and feel 29! I am able to work endless hours (my passion) and never feel hopeless because I want to do more than I am able. I have given dozens of copies of the book to friends and referred many to the plan. I truly don't understand why people don't want to feel amazing. No food is worth feeling as unhealthy as I used to feel. I am so grateful to Dr. Fuhrman for everything he does. Thank you isn't enough!
