This reminds me of how much I love banana and peanut butter together.

This is really enjoyable to eat. I didn't have any cashew butter so I used coconut butter in its place.

This is one of my favorite snacks to eat or breakfast on the go. I'll put them together, pack them in a bowl and take them for breakfast at work. They are a great "pick me up" that really satisfy.

This is really good. I've found that the more I pay for the cashew butter, the better these are. Not surprising I suppose. When I want to really treat myself I buy the expensive cashew butter!

I love these for breakfast. I avoided them for so long thinking they wouldn't be filling enough. Amaingly satisfying. I add flax seed to the cashew butter.

Great idea about the flax.  Will do that when I make it.

I love bananas with peanut butter but this just didn't do it for me. Perhaps it was the crunch of the romaine. I ate it but didn't care for the combination of flavors.

These cashew banana romaine wraps are very delicious and satisfying. So simple and quick to make- you have to try these! They remind me of eating banana and peanut butter sandwiches. Thanks for this recipe!

I was hesitant to try these but I did using raw almond butter which was already in my pantry. The romaine lettuce is flavorless but crisp so gives the illusion of eating toast. It will be interesting to see if my appetite is satisfied until lunch. UPDATE: Although these were so satisfying, they did not carry me through to lunch, and I felt my glucose levels falling around 10:30 AM. Will use as a snack if need be, but not as a main breakfast.

These are amazing! I added cinnamon, and fresh blueberries/straberries, and it took them to the next level!

These were surprisingly very good! I also added sliced strawberries and I used almond butter since that was the only nut butter I had. It was delicious!
