Orange Sesame Tossed Salad

Ingredients

4 tablespoons unhulled sesame seeds, toasted*, divided
1/4 cup raw cashew nuts
4 oranges, peeled
2 tablespoons Dr. Fuhrman's Blood Orange Vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 orange, juiced (optional)
2 heads (12 cups) romaine lettuce, torn in bite-sized pieces

Instructions:

In a high powered blender or food processor, blend three tablespoons of the sesame seeds, the cashews, two of the oranges, and vinegar until creamy and smooth. Add orange juice to thin if necessary.

Dice remaining oranges, combine with romaine lettuce and toss with dressing.

Sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds on top.

*Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a pan over medium heat for 3 minutes, shaking the pan frequently.

Can I add some raw garlic to this, and does raw garlic in the dressing last in the fridge?
