Ingredients

1 cup frozen strawberries, blueberries or other berries
1/4 avocado
2 cups chopped kale
1/2 cup unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk
1/2 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1/2 tablespoon hemp seeds

Instructions:

Place ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add additional non-dairy milk if needed to adjust consistency.
