Berries, Seeds and Greens all in one tasty breakfast bowl. That's the way to get the day off to a good start!
Place non-dairy milk, kale and date in a blender and blend until smooth. Place chia seeds in a bowl, pour blended mixture on top and mix well. Refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight. Top with berries or other fruit.
Serves 1

The kale blend is very intense tasting, as the prior comment indicated. I added 1/2 sliced banana along with blueberries, which cut the bitterness of the kale significantly.

Whew! This tastes VERY green! Even with the blueberries, it's too "green tasting" for me.. LOL! I am about 85% Nutritarian and this is right up my alley, so I thought.
I made a bowl of oatmeal and added about 1/8 cup of this and mixed in. NOW, I like it! Just not on it's own.
