Ingredients

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 navel orange, peeled
1 cup coconut water
2 cups chopped kale
1/2 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

Instructions:

Add ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.

This is soooooo delicious!!! Takes me to Hawaii every time I drink it :) A glass of paradise! My son loves it and I love that he is getting all the kale!
