Have you tried roasting radishes? They are more mellow than their raw counterparts and make a fun addition to any Nutritarian dinner.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine ingredients in a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until tender.

Poached or braised. I would say this is braised.

Sounds tasty - but you do realize this is steaming, not roasting right?
