Excellent!! Adjust to taste. I used frozen pitted cherries,  1 small apple cored/peeled, no dates, 1/2 garlic clove, 1/4 tsp yellow mustard, 1/4 cup water, 1TBSP balsamic vinegar, 1tsp fresh lime juice. Blend well. Then blend another 60 seconds to emulsify ingredients. Taste.  Added 2 TBSP hemp seeds. Blend well. We liked it and compared opinions. Then added literally two pinches of salt. Literally. Like 1/8 - 1/4 tsp. Shake vigorously. Completely different yet not 'salty' at all. With and without salt we're great! Tossed baby kale in the dressing. Added fresh mango chunks, sliced grape tomatoes, chopped green onions, sprinkle hemp seed on top for garnish. Excellent!! Will make again!

Added sodium is NOT advised for Nutritarians and the most common reason people are “unsuccessful “.  The fact that you emphasized it was “only” that amount shows you’re addicted or you would’ve been fine completely omitting it!

Delicious dressing! Didn't have any lime so I just left it out. Recipe gets 5 stars. It's a keeper.
