Prefer to use raw almonds first in the Vitamix. But how many? The Vitamix also grinds the flax seeds. I will put them in with the whole raw almonds. Would like to see the equivalents next to these ingredients.

This is fantastic! I did add ice so it was thinner and easier to drink. It also made the chocolate flavor come out more. This is my new favorite smoothie.

I used 1 tsp vanilla, and did not use romaine. Only 2 oz kale. Also added 1/2-1 cup water. And it is fantastic! It really helps me to feel full on my busy mornings at work.

I love it! Good nutrition for a great day. It tastes good and I used spinach instead because that is what is available this morning.  I always feel so good after these! No cravings afterward.

When the recipe indicates 2 cups of kale and 2 cups of lettuce, how many grams do you suggest?

About 40 grams of kale and 70 grams of lettuce would be about right. But you can adjust to taste.

One of my new favorites. Not really sweet, but sweet enough to be very enjoyable. I subbed collard greens for kale since that is what I had and it's a milder tasting green. I blended raw almonds in blender first so that it blends better with the other ingredients.
