I love it! Good nutrition for a great day. It tastes good and I used spinach instead because that is what is available this morning. I always feel so good after these! No cravings afterward.

When the recipe indicates 2 cups of kale and 2 cups of lettuce, how many grams do you suggest?

About 40 grams of kale and 70 grams of lettuce would be about right. But you can adjust to taste.

One of my new favorites. Not really sweet, but sweet enough to be very enjoyable. I subbed collard greens for kale since that is what I had and it's a milder tasting green. I blended raw almonds in blender first so that it blends better with the other ingredients.

This was delicious. I made it the night before and thoroughly enjoyed it. I ate it with a spoon.

I add 1 scoop of Dr Fuhrman's chocolate chaga superfood powder for the added benefit of anti cancer mighty mushrooms... it's delicious!
