Ingredients

1 cup frozen sweet cherries
2 clementines, peeled
3 slices unsulfured, unsweetened, dried pineapple
1/2 frozen banana
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or pure vanilla bean powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon natural cocoa powder, if desired

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in high-powered blender and serve.

I've been using a modified version of this recipe for years. dates instead of pineapple, OJ instead of clementines and double the whole thing and freeze half.
