This dressing is kind of weird at first but now I crave it! I added steamed broccoli and water-sauted mushrooms to my salad. Very tasty!

This was my first Fuhrman dressing, and remains my favorite, "go-to" dressing. Absolutely deliscious!!

Nice dressing. I would recommend making a double batch because
1) It tastes good.
2) It will blend more easily in the vitamix blender if you are using raw almonds instead of almond butter.

Decadent. I used it for a sauce over vegetables. Extremely rich and tasty.

What is pasta sauce? Is that tomato sauce? It's probably a stupid question ..but if it's that good I want to make it and I'm not sure what that is. Can someone please clarify.?

Pasta sauce is not the same as plain tomato sauce. It contains added spices and herbs and is usually found with the pasta/spaghetti products.

It is now sold here: https://shop.drfuhrman.com/pasta-sauce/.  It is the only SOS-free pasta sauce sold that I am aware of, and it is delicious.  You can also make your own: https://www.drfuhrman.com/recipes/3672/garlic-tomato-sauce.

The original recipe is too vinegar-y for me. When I adjusted it to 2 tablespoons of black fig vinegar rather than the 3 called for in the recipe it was perfect!
My first time trying Dr. Fuhrman's Black Fig Vinegar. Love it!
