Greg's glucose levels have dropped substantially following Dr. Fuhrman's plan!

I just got my Diabetes A1–C test results back. Though I have had no complications with the disease for over 20 years, my A1–C tests have never been lower than 6.8%.

Once I started Dr. Fuhrman's eating plan, my glucose levels have been much more consistant with fewer spikes. My last test result was an astounding 6.2%. My goal is to reach 5.9% in the next three months. I have also lost 10 pounds.
