Judy's doctor is even surprised at her improved health results!

A friend of mine told me about the plan after she experienced wonderful success with it. I started out very slowly and soon realized how well it worked and how much better I felt. I had a check-up with my endocrinologist on June 2, after only 'Eating For Health' for 6 weeks. My cholesterol went from 157 to 127 and my Ha1c went from 6.5 to 6.1. What was really amazing was that my triglycerides went from a high of 232 down to 69. My doctor even called me and wanted to know what I was doing!
