Children
Children age 0 to 6 mo. liquid vitamin D supplement for infant, with  4-6 capsules of Osteo-Sun daily for pregnant or breastfeeding mother as well 
Children age 6 mo. to 1 yr. Osteo-Sun: one capsule twisted open and mixed in food/drink
Children age 1 – 2 yrs Osteo-Sun: one capsule twisted open and mixed in food/drink
Pixie-Vites: one daily
DHA Purity: 0.25 ml daily*
Children age 2 – 6 yrs Osteo-Sun: two capsules twisted open and mixed in food/drink
Pixie-Vites: one daily
DHA Purity: 0.25 ml daily*
Children age 6 – 10 yrs Osteo-Sun: three capsules
Pixie-Vites: one daily
DHA Purity: 0.25 ml daily*
Children over 10 Osteo-Sun: three capsules
Gentle Care Formula: two daily or Pixie-Vites: two daily
DHA Purity: 0.5 ml daily**
*Children age 1-10 with ADHD increase DHA Purity to 0.5 ml daily

Healthy Adults

Other Considerations
For high cholesterol, add to the above LDL Protect: three to six daily
